The DIVAS program aims to develop the qualities of Dedication, Initiative, Values, Active participation and Strength through a range of varied and engaging activities especially for our female students. Participation is voluntary and is influenced by the activities on offer and the girls’ availability. Costs are kept to a minimum to provide as many girls as possible with a range of opportunities. Activities are varied and can include craft days, dancing, adventure experiences such as climbing Table Top, baking for charity and celebrating events such as International Women’s Day and the annual DIVAS Sleepover. While having fun and making friends underpins all activities, many activities are also charged with a sense of community and service. The program provides a safe, collaborative, ever-changing and rich network of friends and mentors through which girls can strive to fulfil their potential as students, women and citizens.
