  • - Guidelines and Responsibilities of Borrowing a Laptop Computer.   The Downlands Digital Program Agreement and must be submitted before the student’s commencement at the College. We recommend you also to list the laptop on your home insurance policy. Remember that you will be charged for all loss or damage to laptops or chargers which are not covered by accidental damage, insurance or warranty.
