Joining and actively participating in community support groups such as the Parents and Friends’ Association, Sports Supporters, Friends of the Performing Arts, Art Exhibition Committee, Boarder Parent Network, and Ag Supporters bring incredible benefits as you immerse yourself in the school community. This involvement helps you connect with other Downlands families, build new friendships, familiarise yourself with your child's school, and, most importantly, feel welcomed by this nurturing and enriching community.
An active Parents & Friends Association exists within the school, providing financial, community and spiritual support for students and parents alike.
Come along and find out what makes Downlands tick. Hear from the Principal and discuss issues relevant to parent groups. Vote on how the P&F Levy is used each year. The P&F also coordinates the activities of the Sports Supporters, Friends of the Performing Arts, Art Exhibition and Agricultural Supporters Group.
